Hey! I’m Kaitlyn.Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
I believe some of the most meaningful moments in therapy happen when things finally start to make sense—when you begin to understand why you feel the way you do, where certain patterns come from, and what you might want to do differently. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood while also helping you develop greater insight, confidence, and practical ways to move forward.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and relational. I love helping clients make connections between their experiences, emotions, and patterns. I believe meaningful change comes from both compassion and challenge—understanding yourself without judgment while also recognizing when something may no longer be serving you.
I have a particular interest in working with athletes, high performers, and individuals who place a lot of pressure on themselves. Whether we’re navigating anxiety, perfectionism, confidence, identity, life transitions, or the demands that come with achievement, our work can focus on both your well-being and the mental skills that help you perform at your best. You don’t have to choose between caring for your mental health and pursuing ambitious goals.
Therapy with me isn’t about having all the right answers or being told what you “should” do. I want our sessions to feel like a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and also be challenged when it’s helpful. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, practical ways to navigate what you’re facing, and changes that feel meaningful outside of the therapy room—not just during our hour together.
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes wanting to understand yourself better, feel differently, or approach life in a new way is enough of a reason to start.
Kaitlyn is under clinical supervision by Amy Clark, LPCC-S.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, but I also don’t believe therapy has to stop at insight. We can make sense of what’s underneath what you’re experiencing while also finding practical ways to help you move forward.
I tend to balance compassion with challenge. Sometimes you need space to process and feel supported; other times, it can be helpful to recognize a pattern, look at something from a different perspective, or try a new approach. We’ll figure out together what you need and what feels most helpful.
I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping therapy conversational and human. Depending on your goals, our work may include building coping and mental skills, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, exploring values, strengthening confidence, or simply slowing things down enough to understand yourself a little better.
For athletes and high performers, therapy can also be a space to work on the mental side of performance. We can address things like confidence, performance anxiety, perfectionism, pressure, focus, and maintaining your well-being while still pursuing the goals that matter to you.
