What I love most about this work is helping people feel like they don’t have to carry everything alone anymore. So many of us (at any age!) spend our days trying to “hold it together” while quietly struggling underneath the surface—and that can feel exhausting. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are: overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, emotionally drained, unsure, guarded, hopeful… all of it is welcome here.

I work with children as young as 4, teens navigating the pressure and chaos that often comes with growing up, and adults carrying way more stress than most people around them realize. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you feel fully understood while also building practical tools for real, lasting change.

Therapy with me is not about judgment or pretending life isn’t hard. It’s about honest connection, support, insight, and learning healthier ways to navigate the difficult and messy parts of life. Sometimes that looks like processing deep emotions. Sometimes it looks like helping a child communicate and process through play. And sometimes, it looks like laughing about something random or funny that pops up in session—because real conversations aren’t always so serious!

Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. Want to know the best part? You don’t have to have it all figured out before your first session. Just show up as you are, and we’ll start from there!

I work from a holistic, person-centered, developmental, and values-oriented lens.

I believe firmly that people are so much more resilient than they give themselves credit for. You’ve got it in you to create the change you need in your life. My job is to provide the emotional space and bring some extra tools along the way. You drive, I’ll hold the map!

There’s no magic wand here—and I wouldn’t want there to be. Let’s slow things down, get curious about what’s actually going on underneath it all, and work towards understanding yourself more deeply so things that feel overwhelming or confusing start to feel more figure-out-able and manageable in the process.
